Volamin®, branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, 2/1/1) in pure free form, in compliance with the European Pharmacopoeia.
Volamin® is pharma grade, with the highest grade of purity, and it is made in Italy.
The product is suitable for lactose intolerant and it is gluten free.
The daily requirement of branched chain amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine (Branched Chain Amino Acids) is 85 mg / kg body weight in normal adult (WHO / FAO / UNU, 2007).
The BCAA, in particular leucine, favor the increase of the lean body mass by increasing protein synthesis in muscle and reducing its degradation.Taken in small quantities before training, they provide energy quickly, delaying the onset of fatigue. Taken after training, they enhance muscle recovery processes, fundamental in periods of intense training or repeated races.

5 g per day. The dose should be divided in: about 1/3 before training and 2/3 after training. In the days of rest BCAA should not be taken. Volamin is indicated in sports which require intense and short-term efforts for its anabolic effect and in endurance sports because it facilitates recovery.
