READY ® jar ( pre workout )

Ready® is a pre training/ competition food supplement suitable for the preparation of good energy drinks quickly absorbed before intense physical activity, based on:

• amino acids as L-arginine, OKG and derivatives as creatine, carnitine, beta alanine, taurine;
• glucose polymers (corn maltodextrin) with high Glycemic Index  and low osmolarity. Taken before prolonged exercise with intense muscular effort, they  contrast  the most involved factors in the onset of fatigue, reducing the impoverishment of the muscle stocks of glycogen;
• plant extracts of Ginseng, Citrus aurantium L. and Guarana, metabolic stimulants.

Vitamins which help:

• the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (B6, B12, C, folate, niacin);
• the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system (A, B6, B12, C, folate) even during and after intense exercise (C);
• the normal collagen formation for the normal function of the bones and cartilage (C);
• the normal energy-yelding metabolism (B6, B12, C, niacin).
