Isolate soy proteins are obtained from soy seeds (Glycine max L), a leguminous plant which comes from the Far East. They are formed by globulins and albumins, with a complete amino acid spectrum and a PDCAAS=1. The release of GH can be promoted by the soy protein ingestion. The soy proteins with their isoflavons can produce a positive effect on obesity reducing weight and fat mass and improving the control of plasma lipids, blood glucose and trophism of bones.
