Natural bar with 29% of proteins and a unique taste, balanced according to the caloric distribution 40-30-30 (% carbohydrates-proteins-fats) of the Zone Diet. The unique formulation of Promeal Zone 40-30-30 favors the effect of fat reduction. All its natural ingredients of the finest quality are balanced and homogenized, easy to digest and provide energy quickly, toning lean mass at the same time.
- Milk proteins: with the highest biological value, together with the polymers of dextrose, are able to modulate the flow of energy in relation to the body's needs;
- Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCT): supplied by vegetable fats are absorbed very quickly as Free Fatty Acids (FFA) and supply energy to the liver and muscle under strain with the effect of saving muscle and liver glycogen. Their metabolism is enhanced by the presence of L-carnitine;
- Vitamins and minerals: ensure optimal metabolism of all nutrients;
- Creatine monohydrate: is a powerful and rapid intracellular energy-shuttle, which is useful in the bursts of short-term, but also in controlled diets to supply energy;
- Ornithine: involved in protein synthesis and in the disposal of nitrogenous waste accumulated in muscle work.
Promeal Zone 40-30-30 contains no fatty acids and is suitable for those who can not tolerate gluten (except in cereal flavors) or lactose of milk. Being a homogenized bar and easy to digest, it can be taken before, during and after exercise.
