• Milk proteins: with the highest biological value, together with the polymers of dextrose, are able to modulate the flow of energy in relation to the body's needs;
• Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCT): supplied by vegetable fats are absorbed very quickly as Free Fatty Acids (FFA) and  supply energy to the liver and muscle under strain  with the effect of saving muscle and liver glycogen. Their metabolism is enhanced by the presence of L-carnitine;
