- C.9.1.4.3 – Contrast (minimum): the element must have an inherited background color or image to complement the corresponding inline foreground color and ensure minimum contrast.

- C.9.2.5.3 – Label in name: elements labeled by their content must include the visible text as part of their accessible name to ensure consistency between label and name.
- C.9.3.3.2 – Labels or instructions: each form element must have a label to provide clear instructions to users.
- C.9.4.1.1 – Parsing: the use of obsolete presentational markup in HTML5 is not compliant with parsing requirements.
- C.9.4.1.2 – Name, role, value: elements with an ARIA role must contain the required child roles to properly define name, role, and value.
