The proteins of MIRABOL WHEY provide all the indispensable amino acids and other amino acids  with important physiological functions (PDCAAS = 1):


  • ARGININE and GLYCINE are  the main precursors of the creatine synthesis. Arginine initiates the mechanisms of ammonia elimination resulting from proteic metabolism at level of liver, it facilitates the proteic synthesis of insulin and of nitric oxide which regulates blood pressure. Glycine is the constituent of the collagen of skin and of articulations;
  • the branched chain amino acids (BCAA) VALINE, ISOLEUCINE and LEUCINE, are almost half of the recommended essential amino acids needs in a diet (WHO / FAO / UNU, 2007);
  • glutamine is a powerful energy cell substrate.

How to use: 
1 - 3 scoops (10 - 30 g) per day. Mix about 30 g of powder in a shaker with two glass (200 ml) of liquid (water, milk, yogurt, fruit smoothies) for a few seconds. Use an ice cream machine to get a delicious professional ice cream.
