1 - 3 scoops (10 - 30 g) per day. Dissolve about 30 g of powder in a shaker with a glass (100 ml) of liquid (water, milk, fruit smoothies, yogurt) for a few seconds. With an ice cream maker you can get a delicious and professional ice-cream.
