Concentrate of liquid maltodextrins, indicated to provide energy quickly during high physical energy activity, and to restore muscle glycogen stores after strenuous physical efforts; Energen 40 ml, in addition to sugars that provide an immediate and constant supply of energy, it also contains substances that  contrast lactic acid, counteracting the onset of fatigue and muscle cramps.
   
The maltodextrins of Energen 40 ml, thanks to their excellent osmotic profile, are able, unique among all sugars, to provide the best amount of energy with minimum osmolarity (= greater hydration) and this makes them ideal in aerobic prolonged sports such as running, skiing and cycling.
  
Thanks to the new formulation, the Tropical, Lemon and Cola flavors now contain 21 g of carbohydrates per serving, providing a more consistent and immediate energy supply.
In contrast, the Mint flavor retains the original formula with 15 g of carbohydrates.
