Energen® 30 is an energy drinking gel, made in Italy, with:

  • an high percentage of complex carbohydrates, especially polymers of glucose; they can provide energy rapidly; the presence of sodium (20 mmol / l) ensures the best absorption;
  • branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and carnitine that contribute to a more efficient energy metabolism during exercise, the first ones in the liver and in the muscle, the second one in the oxidation of fats;
  • caffeine, in a half cup of coffee-dose (50 mg), ergogenic substance able to reduce the sense of fatigue quickly;

The carbo-loading improves the performance in endurance and sprint sports characterized by sudden and powerful bursts as eg cycling, running, football, rugby, hockey, triathlon. In these sports they are useful liquid snacks with high energy density, easy to carry and to be taken to delay the onset of fatigue.
