1-2 effervescent tablets per day (4.2-8.4 g) dissolved in at least ½ - 1 litre of water.
Preparation: Dissolve the tablets in a suitable container (bottle, flask, or shaker). Gradually add water until the desired volume is reached, stirring well. Consume within 24 hours.
