Orders are in general shipped within 24 hours from the payment receipt. If one or more items are not available within 2/3 days, the customer will be contacted by telephone or by email and he will have the opportunity to choose a different item, to wait until the availability of the item or to be refunded for the unavailable item. It’s necessary to indicate your personal data including the tax code (and eventually vat number per invoice), a destination address and a telephone number

It’s possible to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Postepay or other charge card) to secure circuit (the seller does not have access to the personal data of the online transaction) or by bank transfer to VOLCHEM SRL - iban IT 55 G 03069 11886 100000004511. It should be noted that the major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) require you to enter a security code in the possession of the user at the first payment in any e-commerce website.


Volchem delivers by courier (SDA, BRT, GLS...), the delivery is made within 24-48 hours. The address must be available at the address provided at the times required by the courier (typically 9-13 and 14-18) otherwise a notice will be left and a second delivery attempted. In case of a not successful delivery, the addressee will have to pick up the package at the offices of courier. If, after a period of storage, the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender without further claims by the buyer and he will be charged by the costs related to the opening of the procedure of stock. Volchem ​​guarantees all shipments, customers don’t need any further insurance form.

IMPORTANT: At the time of receipt, please put a "signature subject"; if the words were not already present in the shipment form, so as to ensure the customer for any damage received in transport. Without signature subject, Volchem ​​is not liable for complaints.


Products purchased may be returned to the sender at the expense of the customer, within 14 days of their receipt. At this condition, the entire value of the products will be reimbursed. Volchem ​​reserves the sole right to accept or reject the returned products and to change these terms and conditions without notice. No Volchem products will not be accepted, cash on delivery or freight collect. Volchem will only accept intact packaging (breached or open, split or loose packaging will be rejected as well as packages with incomplete number of bags, jars and bars or expired products...). Shipping charges are at the expense of the customer, except for returned products which are directly recalled from Volchem.
